摘　　要：生物疫苗生产车间的净化空调系统,运行一段时间后系统内会有一定细菌和尘埃,因此为了防止二次污染,必须对空调系统进行消毒。主要针对GMP车间空调系统的消毒进行探讨。目前常用的方法有臭氧消毒和甲醛消毒。根据实际情况,选择合适的消毒方式,且经过安全认证后,方可生产运行。When the cleaning air conditioning system of the GMP workshop running a period of time,the system will have certain bacteria and dust,so in order to prevent secondary pollution,the air conditioning system must be disinfected.This paper mainly discusses the disinfection of air conditioning system for GMP workshop.At present commonly used method is the ozone sterilization and formaldehyde disinfection.We have to according to the actual situation,choose a proper method of the disinfection.The system must be pass the security certification before the production run.
