大学生忠诚教育的现代价值——基于组织忠诚的视角

摘　　要：忠诚不是单向的,而是双向的,既包括个人对组织的忠诚,也包括组织对个人的忠诚。本文基于组织忠诚的视角,探究大学生忠诚教育的现代价值。忠诚教育的现代价值主要表现在:坚定大学生的理想信念;增强大学生的爱国主义情感;提高大学生的职业道德水平;提升大学生的综合素质;塑造大学生良好的信誉和形象;推动大学生的事业发展。Loyalty is not a one-way but a two-way, including personal loyalty to the organization and organizational loyalty to the individual. Based on the perspective of organizational loyalty, we explore the modern value of college students＇ loyalty education. The modern value of loyalty education mainly displays in： firm the ideal faith of college students; enhance the patriotism emotion of college students;improve the level of college students＇ professional ethics; promote the comprehensive qualities of college students; shape college students＇ good reputation and image; promote college students＇ career development.
