正畸牵引治疗不同年龄上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸牵引治疗不同年龄上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者的效果。方法抽选上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者68例并以患者年龄阶段不同而分为两组,两组患者均实施正畸牵引治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果差异。结果观察组治疗有效率93.9%;对照组治疗有效率74.3%。对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均治疗时间(8.1±2.4)个月。对照组平均治疗时间(13.3±3.2)个月,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青少年上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者实施正畸牵引治疗的效果比成年患者效果更好。Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment of impacted maxillary canines in different age patients with. Methods Decimation maxillary ambush impacted maxillary canines were 68 cases and to patients age different and divided into two groups,two groups of patients received orthodontic traction treatment,compared two groups of patients with treatment effect differences. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.9%,and the effective rate of the control group was 74.3%. The difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The average treatment time of observation group（8.1±2.4）months,the average treatment time（13.3±3.2）was significantly different（P 13.3）. Conclusion Adolescent impacted maxillary canines is better than the effect of orthodontic treatment for adult patients with the effect of the implementation.
