摘　　要：目的观察老年戊型病毒性肝炎的临床特点。方法将110例戊型病毒性肝炎患者分为老年组(≥60岁)与中年组(<60岁),比较两组临床特点。结果观察组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及血清总胆红素(TBIL)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治愈率、住院时间等指标均优于观察组(P<0.05)。结论老年戊型病毒性肝炎患者病情程度较为复杂,应通过具体情况实施综合治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical features of viral hepatitis E in elderly patients. Methods We divided 110 cases into elderly group（over 60 years）and middle-aged group（ 60 years old）,compared clinical symptoms of two groups. Results ALT,Tbi L of observation group were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）,the cure rate,hospitalization time of control group were significantly better than observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The disease degree of viral hepatitis E in elderly patients is more serious,and comprehensive treatment should be carried out through the specific circumstances.
