摘　　要：目的探讨非牙源性疼痛诊断及治疗。方法对2012年6月-2015年6月收治的非牙源性疼痛患者30例临床诊断及治疗方法进行分析。结果本组收治的均伴有牙痛症状,最后诊断为三叉神经痛13例,心源性牙痛者7例,蝶腭神经痛5例,颞下颌关节紊乱病5例,颅脑肿瘤3例。结论非牙源性与牙源性疼痛很相似,所以必须仔细寻找病因,区分是牙源性疼痛还是非牙源性疼痛。Objective To investigate the non-odontogenic pain diagnosis and treatment. Methods Non-odontogenic pain patients from June 2012 to June 2015 were treated 30 cases of clinical diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Results The pain associated with symptoms were admitted,the final diagnosis of 13 cases of trigeminal neuralgia,cardiac pain in 7 cases,5 cases sphenopalatine neuralgia,temporomandibular joint disorder in 5 cases,3 cases of brain tumors. Conclusion Odontogenic and non-odontogenic pain is very similar,so you must be careful to find the cause,the distinction is odontogenic or non-odontogenic pain.
