基于互联网金融背景下的高职金融专业人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：互联网金融的突起,给高职金融专业带来了机遇和挑战,高职金融专业应充分意识到自身的优劣势,顺应互联网金融发展的新趋势,调整高职人才培养模式。通过对高职金融专业的SWOT分析,结合当前＂互联网＋＂的思维方式,进行金融专业课程的优化设置,完善新的就业导向需求,调整高职金融专业的人才培养模式,以培养＂互联网金融＂互联互通的复合型跨界人才。The Interact financial projections,financial specialty of higher vocational education to bring the opportunities and challenges,the financial specialty of higher vocational education should be fully aware of their own strengths and weaknesses,to adapt to the new trend of devel- opment of Internet banking and adjustment of higher vocational talents training mode. Through the SWOT of financial professional analysis,com- bined with the current ＂Internet plus＇way of thinking, set the optimization of financial courses,improve the employment oriented demand new mode,make adjustments to the financial professional personnel training,in order to train the talents of compound cross-border Internet and financial exchange.
