摘　　要：为实现中国建筑企业对组织项目管理成熟度评价模型更好的应用,对现有项目管理成熟度模型加以改进,建立更加实用于中国建筑企业的组织项目管理成熟度模型,完成对某建筑企业组织项目管理成熟度级别的评价。评价过程中主要采用问卷调查和SPSS软件数据分析的方法。通过改进后的模型评价企业组织自身的项目管理水平,明确改进方向,使建筑企业在项目管理中持续改进和优化,增强企业的管理能力,这对提高中国建筑企业的国际竞争力具有十分重要的意义。Abstract： For better application of organizational project management maturity model in China＇s construction enterprise, we will improve the existing maturity model and build a more practical model for Chinese construction Enterprise maturity evaluation, then use the improved maturity model to evaluate a construction enterprise project management maturity levels. In this process we mainly use SPSS and a questionnaire survey for a construction enterprise project management maturity assessment. The improved model is used to evaluate the organization＇s project management level of enterprises, clear improvement direction, make continuous improvement and optimization of project management in construction enterprise and enhance the management capacity. It is of great significance for improving the international competitiveness of China＇s construction enterprises.
