摘  要:由于传统煤矿液压机械设备采煤作业需要大量人工操作,但是煤矿工作环境充满灰尘且非常潮湿,高负荷的工作容易对工人身体健康造成严重影响,甚至威胁生命。所以需要大力发展煤矿机电一体化数控技术来代替人工,利用机电设备完成煤炭的采掘、运输、提升,不仅提高工作效率、降低工人劳动强度、提高工人收入、还有效保障了工人生命安全,应大力推广该技术。Abstract: The traditional hydraulic powered mechanical equipment in coal mining operations needs lots of manual operations, but the coal mine work environment is full of dust and is veldt humid, and high load work easily affects workers" health seriously, and even threatens their lives. So there is a need to vigorously develop coal mine electromechanical integrated digital control technology to replace the manual. It can use mechanical and electrical equipment to finish coal mining, transportation, hoisting, which can not only improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity of workers, improve the income of the workers, but also effectively guarantee the safety of workers. So this technology should be vigorously promoted.
