摘　　要：民俗文化本身不仅是最好的道德教育,而且也是最好的先天教育,更是远超正规教育的最行之有效的行为教育。民俗文化所具有的秉赋涵盖了小至族群、大至社会、上至国家的行为规约,同时,亦规范了族群道德行为与个人心理定式,民俗文化汇聚了少数民族同胞先民的集体智慧,成为民俗文化由族群辐射至全社会的具有重要教育意义的一种良知参照。Folk culture is the best moral education and congenital education, and it is also the most effective behavior education far more effective than formal education. Folk culture ranges from behavior regulation in the minorities, society and even the country. It regulates moral conducts of the ethnical groups and psychology of the individual, gathers collective wisdom of the minority precedents, and evolves into a benign reference for the education in minorities and society.
