摘　　要：作者依据核安全关键岗位的概念，在岗位识别及核安全能力分析的基础上，提出了院核安全关键岗位作业人员培训考核方案，为管理层决策提供参考。Based on the concept of nuclear safety key positions, job identification and nuclear safety ability analysis, the author put forward the scheme about training and examination for workers on nuclear security key positions which can provide the reference for management decision .
