摘　　要：作为未来社会发展生力军的大学生,其自我管理能力状况直接关系到高校人才培养的效果,也将对未来社会建设产生重要影响。大学生自我管理能力包括自我认识能力、自我设计能力、自我执行能力、自我调控能力和自我反思能力。其中,大学生主体、行为和环境是影响大学生自我管理能力的主要因素。As the main development force of future society,undergraduates’self-management ability situa-tion is directly related to the quality of education and the construction of future society. The major self-manage-ment capabilities of undergraduates consist of self-acknowledgment,self-planning,self-execution,self-control and self - reflection. The decisive factors of undergraduates’self-management from the aspects are subject,be-havior and environment.
