摘  要:目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳剂对人胃癌细胞株HGC-27细胞迁移和侵袭能力的影响及其机制。方法:采用MTT法检测鸦胆子油乳剂对HGC-27细胞增殖的影响。分别采用Transwell迁移和侵袭实验法检测鸦胆子油乳剂对HGC-27细胞迁移和侵袭的影响及其机制。结果:鸦胆子油乳剂能够明显抑制HGC-27细胞的增殖(P<0.05);鸦胆子油乳剂体外能够显著抑制HGC-27细胞的迁移和侵袭,且呈现剂量依赖关系,25üg·ml^(-1)剂量时迁移和侵袭抑制率分别为53.73%和54.41%。结论:鸦胆子油乳剂对HGC-27细胞增殖有明显抑制作用,并可有效抑制人胃癌细胞株HGC-27的迁移和侵袭能力。Objective: To investigate effects of Brucea javanica oil emulsion on invasion and migration ability of HGC-27 cells and its mechanism. Methods: MTT method was used to study the effects of Brucea javanica oil emulsion on HGC-27 cell proliferation. Transwell migration and invasion assay detection were used to investigate the effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion of hgc-27 cell migration and its mechanism,respectively. Results: Brucea javanica oil emulsion could significantly inhibit the proliferation of HGC-27 cells( P < 0. 05),and could significantly inhibit the migration and invasion of HGC-27 cells in a dose-dependent manner. The inhibition rates of the dose of 25 ug·ml^(-1) of Brucea javanica oil emulsion on the migration and invasion were 53. 73% and54. 41%,respectively. Conclusions: Brucea javanica oil emulsion can significantly inhibit the proliferation of HGC-27 cell,and can effectively inhibit the migration and invasion ability of human gastric cancer cell line HGC-27.
