摘 要:用0.5、1.0 和2.0 mg/L 的孔雀石绿(MG)药浴人工繁养的鳜鱼(Siniperca chuatsi)幼鱼 [(1.30±0.05)g、(4.6±0.2)cm ] 2 h 后,再转移至水泥池中微流水饲养,用HLPC-MS 法跟踪监测鳜鱼幼鱼体内孔雀石绿及其代谢物隐色孔雀石绿的残留量.结果表明:药浴至80~100 min 时,孔雀石绿总量在鳜鱼幼鱼体内的富集达到峰值;停止药浴后15 min 时,孔雀石绿总量明显下降;停药后6~16 d 时孔雀石绿已基本代谢为隐色孔雀石绿;孔雀石绿及其代谢物隐色孔雀石绿在鳜鱼幼鱼体内的残留量分别于停药后37、55 d 时低于判定值1.0 μg/kg;在鳜鱼幼鱼体内,隐色孔雀石绿的消除速度明显低于孔雀石绿.Theartificial breedingSiniperca chuatsiParr, with body weight (1.30±0.05) g,body length (4.6±0.2) cm, were bathed for two hours malachite green solution with concentrations of 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0mg/L, and then transferred to the cement pondsthat feedingby microflowingwater. During artificial cultivation period, high performance liquid hromatography-mass spectroscopy (HLPC-MS) was employed to monitor the residue of malachite green and its metabolite leucomalachite green inSiniperca chuatsiParr that by periodic sampling. Theresults showed that the total amount of malachite green accumulated inS. chuatsi reached the peak value when medicated bath for 80–100 min. Besides, the total amount of malachite green decreased significantly when thetime reached 15 minutes after themedicated bath by micro flow feeding. In addition, the malachite green inS.chuatsi were basically metabolized into leucomalachite green when the time reached six to sixteen daysafter themedicated bath.Moreover, the residual quantity of malachite green and its metabolite leucomalachite green inS.chuatsi werelower than the decision value (1.0μg/kg) when the time reachedthirty-sevenandfifty-five days, respectively, after themedicated bath.At the same time,themetabolic rateof leucomalachite green inSiniperca chuatsiParr was obviously slower than that of malachite green.
