咪达唑仑联合曲马多在经直肠前列腺穿刺活检中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨咪达唑仑联合曲马多在经直肠前列腺穿刺活检中的临床应用效果.方法：选择2012年12月～2015年12月在香港大学深圳医院行经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术的110例患者为研究对象,均采用咪达唑仑联合曲马多静脉注射,观察患者VAS评分、不良反应、手术配合度、舒适满意度.结果：术中及术后1hVAS评分分别为（3.87±0.69）、（4.89±1.57）;恶心、眩晕、寒战等不良反应分别为5.45%、3.64%、3.64%;手术配合满意度为98.18%,患者舒适度为90.91%.结论：咪达唑仑联合曲马多有助于缓解经直肠前列腺穿刺活检疼痛程度,降低不良反应,提高患者手术配合度及舒适度.Objective:To study the clinical effect of midazolam combined tramadol in transrectal prostate biopsy.Methods:110cases patients treated by transrectal prostate biopsy in Shenzhen hospital affliated to Hongkong University from December 2012 to December 2015 were selected as research object,who were given midazolam combined with tramadol intravenous injection.Then observe VAS score,adverse reactions,operation cooperation degree,comfortable satisfaction.Results:1hin the operation and after the operation,VAS scores were(3.87±0.69)(4.89±1.57)respectively;nausea,dizziness,chills and other adverse reactions were(5.45%,3.64%,3.64%)respectively,cooperate satisfaction rate was 98.18%,comfort rate was90.91%.Conclusion:Midazolam combined with tramadol can relieve pain degree of transrectal prostate biopsy,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the patients compliance and comfort.
