摘　　要：从技术和资金与创业之间的联系出发,提出并构建了技术人力资本、自有资金与创业成败的关系模型,通过对CSPED的321个样本进行分析,发现技术人力资本与自有资金分别对新企业成立具有显著的积极作用;二者水平越高,创业者越不可能退出创业活动。但是,技术人力资本与自有资金的水平,对新企业初期的营利并不具有显著作用;而且,在创业过程中,创业者的技术人力资本与自有资金之间的交互效应不显著。研究从人力资本角度深化了创业驱动因素的分析,同时有助于创业者评价和决策初始资源的运用。From the perspective of the relationships among technology, fund and entrepreneurship, the article proposed and constructed arelationship model of technological human capital, own fund and entrepreneurial success and failure. Through analyzing data from 321 samples inCSPED project, the results show that, technological human capital and own fund, respectively, has significant and active impact on the startingupof the new enterprises; the higher the levels of the two factors, the entrepreneurs are less impossible to quit their entrepreneurship activities.However, the levels of the two factors have no significant impact on the initial profit of the new enterprises. Besides , there is no significantinteraction effect between entrepreneur′s technological human capital and own fund. This study provides insight for further analysis on the drivingfactors of entrepreneurial process from human capital view. The findings would contribute to entrepreneur ′ s evaluating and decision -making oninitial resources.
