探析竺可桢的高等教育办学思想及价值意蕴

摘　　要：竺可桢被誉为中国高校四大校长之一,执掌浙江大学期间,他在办学理念、培养目标、民主管理、教育质量保障和治学风气方面提出了独特的见解,把浙江大学由一所地方私立大学堂发展成为国内的"东方剑桥"。他的高等教育办学思想对现阶段我国高校从强化人才培养目标、建立现代大学制度、创新人才培养模式和倡导一流大学精神方面来提高其办学水平具有重要的理论指导意义和现实价值。ZHU Ke- zhen was called as one of the four presidents of universities in China. When ZHU Ke- zhen was in charge of Zhejiang University,he put forward his own opinions in university- running ideas,training objectives,democratic management,educational quality assurance and academic atmosphere. He developed Zhejiang University from a local private university hall into an＂Oriental Cambridge＂in China. His ideas of running higher education has important theoretic guiding significances and practical values to improve our higher education level in the aspects of strengthening the training objectives,building the modern university system,creating new talent- cultivating model and advocating the spirit of first- class university.
