摘　　要：当前高层次人才是高校的竞争热点,建立科学有效的高层次人才引育机制成为亟待研究的课题。由于理念观念、体制机制设计的不足,高层次人才队伍发展在处理本土和外来两支队伍、资源统筹投入和配套支持体系等方面尚存在一些问题。解决这些问题的关键应从引育机制的科学设计和构建入手,找准高层次人才的成长特点,加强顶层设计,突出重点,以各级各类人才项目为抓手,科学地设计和优化人才成长路径,推动高层次人才队伍内涵的提升,促进高校各项事业的发展。High- level talents are the focus of competition in colleges and universities. To establish a scientific and effective mechanism for introduction and cultivation of high- level talents becomes an urgent issue. Because of the lack of the idea,system and mechanism design,there are still some problems in the treatment of local and foreign ones,resource planning,investment and supporting system,etc. The key to solving these problems is to design and construct an introduction and cultivation mechanism. We should identify the growth characteristics of high- level talents,strengthen top- level design,promote high level talent team connotation,thus accelerating the development of various undertakings.
