单件式锥状种植体即刻修复下前牙的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价使用单件式锥状种植体在下前牙区拔牙后即刻种植并即刻修复的临床疗效。方法:将无保留价值的下前牙患牙拔除后,采用了同期植入单件式锥状种植体并即刻修复,并且修复1年以上,有随访记录的病例资料做回顾性研究。结果:53例患者共75枚单件式锥状种植体,平均观察年限3.7年,种植体存留率100%。种植修复体周围牙龈组织健康,种植体颈部无明显骨吸收。结论:单件式锥状种植体适合用于下前牙区域的即刻修复,临床疗效确切。Objective：To evaluate clinical effects of immediate restoration after one-piece tapered implant in-stallation in lower anterior region with immediate extraction. Methods： This retrospective study includ-ed patients who have received immediate restoration after one-piece tapered implant installation in lower anterior region with immediate extraction for over 1 year. The follow-up data and clinical effects were collected and evaluated respectively. Results： The average observed period of total 75 one-piece tapered implants in 53 cases was 3.7 years. The survival rate was 100%. All implants had healthy gum tissues. In addition, no obvious periimplant bone resorption was observed. Conclusion： The clinical ef-fects of immediate restoration after one-piece tapered implant installation in lower anterior region with immediate extraction are definite.
