摘　　要：运用文献综述法,对企业家的以往知识或经验、性别、教育水平和个性特征等一般人力资本要素在其机会识别过程中的具体作用进行了整理和归纳,在此基础上提出了基于一般人力资本视角的企业家机会识别机理模型。指出企业家一般人力资本与其机会识别能力之间可能存在非线性关系,其一般人力资本各要素与组织外部要素(尤其是社会资本)对机会识别能力可能存在潜在的交互作用,这些是未来机会识别领域的重要研究内容。This paper reviews the research on the effects of general human capital factors including prior knowledge or experience,gender,education level and personality characteristic of entrepreneur on opportunity identification.And it constructs a opportunity identification model for entrepreneur based on the perspective of general human capital.Then it considers that there may exist the non-linear relationship between general human capital and opportunity identification,and the interaction of general human capital factors and external factors（especially social capital）on opportunity identification may exist,which are the future research direction.
