摘  要:为探索巢湖水体中颗粒有机碳(POC)和溶解有机碳(DOC)浓度的时空变化规律及其来源,于2014年7月到2015年6月,采用野外采样与室内分析相结合的方法,对水体中POC、DOC进行为期一个水文年的监测,发现巢湖西半湖水体中DOC、POC含量要高于东半湖,夏季最高冬季最低,DOC占总有机碳(TOC)含量的55%以上;通过对颗粒有机物C/N比值与POC浓度变化趋势进行分析,发现巢湖东半湖水体中POC主要来源于陆源输入,而西半湖则主要来源于内源,即水生植物的分解。据此可以推断,颗粒有机物C/N比值可以用于示踪巢湖水体中POC的来源。To study the temporal and spatial variation of particulate organic carbon( POC) and dissolved organic carbon( DOC) concentration in Chaohu Lake water body and its sources,field sampling and laboratory analysis method are combined to monitor POC and DOC concentration for one hydrological year from July 2014 to June 2015. The result show that the concentration of DOC,POC in western Chaohu water body is higher than that in the eastern lake water body,DOC accounts for more than 55% of total organic carbon( TOC) in water body,DOC,POC concentration in summer is higher than that in spring and autumn,and that in winter is minimum. By analyzing the change trend of C / N ratio and POC concentration,the results show that POC in east Chaohu Lake water body derives mainly from terrigenous input,and POC in western Chaohu Lake derives mainly from endogenous aquatic plants secretion. Therefore,the result is concluded that the C / N ratio of particulate matter can be used to trace the source of POC matter in Chaohu water body.
