摘  要:目的建立干烤法测定C群脑膜炎球菌多糖原液固体总量的不确定度分析方法。方法分析C群脑膜炎球菌多糖原液固体总量测定过程中引入的不确定度,并对各个不确定度的分量进行评估。结果由各分量不确定度计算合成不确定度,最终给出测定结果在95%置信区间的扩展不确定度。结论 C群脑膜炎球菌多糖原液固体总量测量不确定度主要由取样及干燥过程引入,在试验中须严格控制以减小不确定度。Objective To set up an analysis method in evaluation of the uncertainty for group C meningococcal polysaccharide bulk by dry baking method. Methods Factors influencing uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated from procedures of dry weight of group C meningococcal polysaccharide bulk. Results Each component related uncertainty was calculated,then the combined uncertainty was obtained by synthetizing the uncertainties of various component variables and the extended uncertainty was obtained in 95% confidence intervals. Conclusion The uncertainty in dry weight of group C meningococcal polysaccharide bulk was mainly caused by the process of sampling and drying,so it should be strictly controlled to reduce the uncertainty in experiment.
