2015年1季度医院牙体牙髓科门诊处方点评及用药分析

摘　　要：目的了解牙体牙髓科门诊处方合理用药状况,为实施不合理用药的干预提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法对医院牙体牙髓科2015年1月至3月门诊处方进行点评,并统计分析处方用药情况。结果应诊不使用药物治疗的患者占79.56%;平均用药品种数为1.06种;抗菌药物使用率为2.12%,占总药费的4.43%;注射剂使用率为0;国家基本药物使用率为16.64%;通用名使用率为100.00%;平均处方金额为8.33元;不合理处方占1.53%,不合理处方中,不适宜处方占83.67%,超常处方占16.33%;药物使用以局部麻醉药为主,其次是抗菌药物和解热镇痛药;抗菌药物二联使用者占35.29%。结论牙体牙髓科处方较规范,无药物过度使用情况,药品使用符合牙体牙髓病的药物治疗特点。Objective To probe into the rationality of drug use in department of cariology and endodontology in our hospital for refer- ences about adopting intervention on irrational drug use. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the prescriptions in depart- ment of eariology and endodontology in our hospital from January to March 2015 using rational drug use indicators, and the utilization of prescription drugs was also analyzed statistically. Results 79.56% of the outpatients were treated without drugs. The average number of drugs prescribed was 1.06 kinds. The percentages of antibacterial drugs, injections and national essential drugs prescribed were 2. 12%, 0 and 16.64%, respectively. The costs of antibacterial drugs accounted for 4.43% of total drug costs. The percentage of drugs prescribed by generic name was 100.00%. The average drug cost per prescription was 8.33 Yuan. Unreasonable prescriptions, of which unsuitable prescriptions and abnornlal prescriptions accounted for 83.67% and 16.33%, accounted for 1.53% of total prescrip- tions. Local anesthetics, antibacterial drugs and anti- inflammatory analgesics were used predominantly. The rate of combination of two antibacterial drugs was 35.29%. Conclusion Prescriptions in department of eariology and endodontology were prescribed standard- ized. Drugs used were in accordance with the treatment of endodontic, no excessive drugs were prescribed.
