摘  要:地表水环境是抗生素污染物的重要汇。磺胺类抗生素是地表水环境中重要的抗生素类污染物,对生态系统及人类健康构成严重威胁。磺胺类抗生素在水-土界面的迁移、扩散研究对维护水环境及人类健康有重要意义。采用OECD Guideline批量平衡法,通过对磺胺嘧啶(SD)在河流沉积物中吸附过程、吸附机理及不同阳离子影响的研究,探讨了SD在水-土界面的环境行为。结果表明,SD在各断面沉积物中的吸附动力学过程均最适于用Elovich方程描述。SD在各断面沉积物中的吸附行为最适宜用Freundlich方程描述。SD在沉积物中的吸附量与沉积物的有机质质量比及阳离子交换量显著相关(p>0.05)。不同价态阳离子的竞争吸附能力为价态越高,竞争能力越强,从小到大为M+(Na+、K+)、M^(2+)(Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+))。The present paper is aimed at introducing the research results on the adsorption specific features of sulfa antibiotics in the river sediments. As is known,sulfa antibiotics are widely used as a kind of important antibiotics pollutants in the surface water environment. The presence and retention of sulfa antibiotics in the natural environment tends not only to bring the ecosystem but also the health of human beings and other creatures into a serious threat. Therefore,it is of a really great significance to explore the regularity of the migration and diffusion of sulfa antibiotics in water and soil interface so as to improve our water environment and human health safety. It can also be able to provide a reference to the antibiotic environmental risk analysis and antibiotics pollution control. In this paper,we have studied the adsorption process and the mechanism of sulfadiazine inthe river sediment and the effects from the different types of cation with the method of the OECD Guideline batch equilibrium. Besides,a detailed discussion has been made over the environmental behaviors of sulfadiazine in the water-soil interface. All the study and testing results we have done demonstrate that the adsorption kinetics process for sulfadiazine turns to be well in accord with the Elovich equation,which is by nature a non-homogeneous diffusion process and a double-rate diffusion process consisting of fast but slow diffusion.The adsorption behaviors in the four sections prove to fit best for the Freundlich equation. What is more,we have found that the adsorption isotherms of sulfadiazine in the sediment of each section do all belong to L-type,the same kind of free adsorption,shows that the adsorption of sulfadiazine in sediments belongs to physical nature of adsorption. The adsorption quantity of sulfadiazine in the sediments is conspicuously related with organic content with cation-substituting amount partly( p〉0. 05).
