摘  要:盾构刀盘扭矩是盾构施工参数的重要组成部分。为了明确盾构刀盘扭矩大小,以及扭矩对土体位移的影响,确保盾构隧道施工的高效和安全,以北京地铁14号线工程的现场测试和理论分析建立了扭矩各组成部分的计算模型。采用高频率采集数据的方式,结合现场测试的扭矩和盾构施工引起的土体位移,讨论两者的相关性。研究结果表明:刀盘扭矩由7个部分组成,其中与地层土体情况有关扭矩约占总扭矩的99%,刀盘与土体的摩擦扭矩占总扭矩的65%;定义了与扭矩、距离相关的f值,并得到测点单环位移变化量S与1/f成反比关系,即S与扭矩T成正比,与距离L成反比关系;S与1/f之间的相关性及匹配性较好,刀盘到达测点前S与1/f的相关性要优于刀盘通过测点后;施工时主要考虑刀盘到达前扭矩对土体位移的影响,周围土体主要为粉土的S与1/f的相关性要优于粉细砂。The torque of TBM cutterhead is an important part of the construction parameters.The torque calculation method and the impact of torque on soil were made clearly,to ensure the safety and efficiency of TBM construction.The research was carried out in the Beijing Subway Line 14 project to establish the various components of torque.It was discussed that the correlation between the soil displacement and torque of TBM by using a high frequency data collection device.Research results showed:the composition of the cutterhead torque should be seven parts.The torque of TBM cutterhead has the relationship with the surrounding soil properties and related equipment itself.The formation of soil conditions for torque is 99% of the total torque.Friction torque is 65% of the total torque.f is defined the relationship with the torque and distance.The 1 / f is inversely proportional to a single measuring point ring displacement S.It means that S is proportional to the torque T,and inversely proportional to the distance L.There is a good relationship between S and 1 / f.It is better before reaching the measuring points than after.The main consideration of the influence between the torque and displacement of soil should be focused on that before reaching the measuring points.The correlation between S and 1 / f with the clay around the TBM is better than the sand.
