摘 要:目前,我国大部分油田已进入高含水或特高含水阶段,调剖堵水已成为降低含水率、实现老油田稳产的一个重要措施。一般的调剖只能实现近井地带的调剖,而且对温度和矿化度都有一定的的限制。针对中原文-25东油田高温、高矿化度、高含水率的"三高"情况,该油田运用了一种新的调剖堵水方式——低张力聚合物微球调剖。研究表明聚合物MS-C的初始粒径为43.5 nm,高温溶胀一周后,粒径能增大16倍,且在不同矿化度和不同离子地层水中的稳定性较好。通过填砂管物模实验发现,注入微球后驱替压力有明显上升,且采收率提高了10.73%;注入表面活性剂后采收率提高了8.57%;聚合物微球和表面活性剂交替注入的低张力微球体系可使采收率提高15.74%。在1∶1.5的渗透率极差下,低张力微球体系驱提高低渗管采收率34.32%,综合采收率提高19.91%。聚合物微球的抗温耐盐特性、高温下的良好膨胀性能以及物模驱替实验结果综合表明:低张力聚合物微球调驱结合提高采收率是切实可行的。At present,most of the oilfields in our country has entered the stage of high or extra-high water cut,profile control water shutoff has become an important measure to reduce moisture content to realize the old oil field keep output. General profile control water shutoff can only realize the near well area,and has certain restrictions on the temperature and salinity. Against the Wen- 25 east oilfield high temperature,high salinity and high moisture content of the " three highs" situation,the field using a new kind of profile control way-low surface tension of polymer microspheres profile control. Studies have shown that the initial particle size of polymer MS-C is 43. 5 nm,high temperature and swelling after a week,particle size can increase 16 times,and its stability is good in different salinities and different ion formation water. Through the sand filling tube physical model experiment found that flooding pressure have obvious rise after injecting microspheres,and the oil recovery rate increased by 10. 73%. After the injection of the surfactant oil recovery increased by 8. 57%; Polymer microspheres and surfactant alternating injection of low surface tension microspheres system can make recovery efficiency increased by 15. 74%. Under the permeability range of 1∶ 1. 5,low tension microspheres system can increase low permeability tube recovery rate by34. 32% and can increase comprehensive recovery rate by 19. 91%. Polymer microspheres have heat resistance and salt tolerance properties,good expansion under the high temperature characteristic and physical model flooding experimental results show that low tension microspheres system profile control and flooding to improve oil recovery is feasible.
