摘 要:根据德州市气象站1951—2010年的气象观测资料,分析德州市的气候变化。结果表明,德州市气温升高、降水减少、日照减少、雾霾日数增加、酸雨加重,短时强降水和特大暴雨等极端灾害性天气气候事件增加,气候变暖,呈干旱化趋势。亟需采取有力措施加强城市防汛、农业干旱等气象灾害防御能力及人工影响天气作业能力的建设,控制和减少污染物的排放,减少大气污染对生态系统的影响。On the basis of 1951--2010 meteorological data of Dezhou Station, this paper gives an analysis of Dezhou' s climate change. The result shows that Dezhou' s temperature has risen, the amount of precipitation and sunshine has decreased, the number of haze days has increased, acid rain has aggravated, extreme disastrous weather events such as short-term heavy rainfall and excessive rainfall have increased, and the climate of Dezhou has become warmer and taken on the tendency of aridification. Effective measures should be taken to control and reduce the emission of pollutants, to reduce the impact of air pollution on ecosystems and to enhance en- vironmental protection and ecological construction. We should enhance the capacity of defense against urban flood, agricultural drought and other meteorological disasters and strengthen the ability of artificial weather modification so as to guarantee the city' s security of food, water and ecology.
