摘　　要：实践社团成员知识转移程度与个体知识效用大小紧密相关。初步探讨了实践社团情境下个体知识效用与知识转移之间的相互关系。基于效用价值理论和系统论,提出个体知识效用函数及界定知识效用影响因素。同时,分析在实践社团特定环境中个体知识转移机理,为团队知识共享研究提供一个新的切入点,也为组织知识学习与创新提出新理论依据。The member＇s knowledge transfer degree of practice of community is closely related to individual knowledge effectiveness.This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the relationship between the individual utility of knowledge and knowledge transfer in the context of the community of practice.Based on the utility value theory and the system theory,puts forward the concept of individual knowledge utility and defines the factors of knowledge utility.At the same time,analyze the mechanism of individual knowledge transfer under the community of practice,and constructs of a measure of individual knowledge transfer between the optimal state of model optimization theory,provide a new starting point for the team knowledge sharing research,has put forward a new theoretical basis for organizational learning and innovation.
