摘 要:目的:研究木棉花总黄酮对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照阿托伐他汀钙片组(5 mg/kg)、木棉花总黄酮组(100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg)。除空白组外,其余组每天灌胃给予10 ml/kg高脂乳剂,一周后,在每天灌胃高脂乳剂的基础上,每日灌胃给药1次,连续给药30 d,空白组与模型组每天灌服等体积的生理盐水。测定大鼠血清中总甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平和大鼠血清载脂蛋白AⅠ(apoAⅠ)和载脂蛋白B100(apoB100)的含量,并检测大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血活酶时间(TT)和纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)。结果:与模型组比较,木棉花总黄酮(100,200,400 mg/kg)能降低高脂血症大鼠血清中TG、TC、LDL-C和apoB100的含量,升高HDL-C和apoAⅠ的含量,降低全血黏度和血浆黏度,同时能显著性延长PT、APTT和TT及降低FIB。结论:木棉花总黄酮具有显著降血脂作用,其机制可能与调节载脂蛋白和改善血液流变学有关。Objective: To investigate the antiatheroscloresis effects of total flavonoids of Gossampinus malabarica Merr( TFG) on hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: Healthy male SD rats were divided into six groups randomly,10 rats in each group,blank group,model group,positive control group( 5mg / kg),total flavonoids of Gossampinus malabarica Merr groups( 100 mg / kg,200 mg / kg,400 mg / kg),respectively,except the blank group,the rest of the group were treated with high fat emulsion through gavage of 10 ml / kg,one week later,based on the administration of fat emulsion daily,then the experimental rats were administrated with drugs by ig for 30 days,and once a day,blank group and the model group were given normal saline. The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,apo AⅠ,apo B100 and the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity,and PT,APTT,TT,FIB were measured. Results: Compared with the model group,total flavonoids of Gossampinus malabarica Merr groups( 100 mg / kg,200 mg / kg,400 mg / kg) could reduce the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and apo B100,and elevated the levels of HDL-C and apo AⅠsignificantly( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01),and reduce the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01),meanwhile,TFG could also extend the PT,APTT and TT,however,TFG could reduce the FIB. Conclusion: TFG shows remarkable effects on antihyperliposis in the hyperlipemia rats,the mechanism may be related to regulating apolipoprotein and improving hemorrheology.
