摘　　要：目的:探讨甘草酸对胶质瘤患者血清血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、IL-17、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)及血清反应因子的影响。方法:收集我院收治的脑胶质瘤患者48例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各24例,所有患者进行手术治疗,术后对照组给予替莫唑胺胶囊治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予甘草酸治疗,4周一个疗程,治疗两个疗程后,对所有患者的血清PDGF、IL-17、MCP-1及血清反应因子进行检测。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,1实验组患者的血清PDGF水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2实验组患者的血清IL-17水平较低(P<0.05);3实验组患者的血清MCP-1水平较高(P<0.05);4实验组患者的血清SRF水平较低(P<0.05)。5实验组总体有效率达88.0%远高于对照组70.8%(P<0.05)。结论:甘草酸能够明显降低胶质瘤患者血清PDGF、IL-17及血清反应因子水平,升高MCP-1水平,对临床有指导意义。Objective： To analysis the Effect of glycyrrhizin on serum levels of PDGF,IL-17,MCP-1 and serum response factor in patients with glioma. Methods： 48 patients who were diagnosed with glioma in our hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,24 cases in each group. All patients were treated with surgery,the control group was treated with temozolomid capsule,and the experimental group was treated with the glycyrrhizin on the basis of the control group,4 weeks is a period of treatment,after two courses of treatment,the serum levels of PDGF,IL-17,MCP-1 and serum response factor were detected in all patients. Results： After treatment,compared with control group1 the serum PDGF level was lower in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; 2the serum IL-17 level was lower in the experimental group（ P 0. 05）; 3the serum MCP-1 level was higher in the experimental group（ P 0. 05）; 4the serum SRF level was lower in the experimental group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions： glycyrrhizin can significantly reduced the serum PDGF,IL-17 and SRF levels,raise the MCP-1 levels,have guidance significance for clinic.
