摘　　要：对差动汇流环的结构及工作原理和关键工艺控制措施进行介绍，并对全动型天线差动汇流环产品在生产过程中发现的问题进行分析并提出解决方案。圆满解决了产品质量不稳定的问题，确保工程的按期交付，节约再生产成本。The structure, working principle and the key process control measures of the differential slip-ring electromechanical equipment are introduced. The problems of the full motion antenna product are analyzed and the solution is put forward. The problem of product instability is successfully solved to ensure the smooth delivery of products and the cost of reproduction is saved.
