高校产学专利合作率的共性与差异分析——基于理工大学的合作专利数据

摘　　要：高校产学专利合作已经成为产学研合作的主要形式,但整体的合作率并没有显著提高.基于发明专利申请量较大的10所理工大学的合作专利数据,获取了这些高校在1985—2013年合作率的大小以及变化趋势,从中发现了理工大学在合作率方面的共性与差异.通过比较10所高校在专利技术分类上的合作率与专利占比的大小,分析并归纳了合作率存在共性与差异的原因,最后针对985高校、行业性高校以及普通类高校分别给出了提升合作率的针对性建议.Although university-industry collaborative patent has been the primary form of industry-university-research institute collaboration,the overall cooperation rate hasn＇t significantly increase. Based on the data of collaborative patent from the 10 universities of technology with larger invention patent applications,the cooperation rate and its changing trends from 1985 to 2013 were acquired,from which similarities and differences could be discovered. Through cooperation rate and patent percentage on patent technology classification from such 10 universities,it analyzed and summarized the reasons for the existence of similarities and differences in cooperation rates. In the end,the corresponding suggestions on improving cooperation rate for ＂985＂universities,industry-related universities and the general colleges were proposed.
