前列腺肉瘤6例的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：目的 探讨前列腺肉瘤的诊断及治疗。方法 收治前列腺肉瘤6例,均经病理证实。3例行前列腺切除及乙状结肠造瘘术,2例行前列腺切除术及膀胱造瘘术,1例只做活检而未进行其它治疗。3例术后给予放疗。结果 5例均在1年内死亡,1例失访。结论 明确诊断有赖于病理检查,及时正确的治疗可提高存活率。Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of prostate sarcoma. Methods 6 cases with prostate sarcoma were admitted,all the patients were confirmed by pathological studies.3 casese xperienced radical prostatectomy and sigmoidostomy,2 cases underwent radical prostatectomy and cystostomy, 1 case only make biopsy and do not accept other treatment,3 cases received postoperative radiotherapy. Results 5 cases died within one year,follow up was lost in one patient.Conclusion Confirmatory diagnosis depends on rhe pathological studies and survival rate can be improved by timely and proper treatment
