摘 要:目的:探讨OTD结合情景模拟教学模式在重症医学科临床教学中的应用和效果。方法:选取2013年7月至2014年6月的89名实习护生作为对照组,采取传统带教方法;2014年7月至2015年6月的96名实习护生作为实验组,采用OTD结合情景模拟教学模式进行实习。实习结束时对2组护生理论和实践操作进行考核,并通过问卷调查了解2组护生对教学效果的评价。结果:实验组的重症医学理论和实践技能成绩明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生对OTD结合情景模拟教学法满意度较高,认为这种教学法更加能提高自我的综合素质。结论:OTD结合情景模拟教学法优于传统教学法,可以提高护生的临床实习效果。[ Objective]To discuss the application and the effects of OTD combined with scenario simulation teaching method in ICU clinical teaching. [Method] 89 internship nursing students were selected from July 2013 to June 2014as control group and 96 internship nursing students were selectedfrom From July 2014 to June 2015 as the experimental group. The control group was taught with traditional teaching method, while the experimental group was taught with OTD combined with scenario simulation teaching. The questionnaire survey was carded out to exam students' skills of theory and practice and teaching satisfaction. The results were compared between these two groups at the end of the internship. [ Result] The skills of theory and practice and leaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than that of control group( P 〈 0.01). OTD combined with scenario simulation teaching can improve students' sitting up exercise.[Condusion]OTD combined with scenario simulation teaching is better than the traditional teaching method and can improve the clinical practice effect of nursing students.
