Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗儿童有窦型慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨分析Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗儿童有窦型慢性根尖周炎临床疗效。方法选取200例有窦型慢性根尖周炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100颗牙,分别采用Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗和传统多次法根管Vitapex糊剂填充治疗,比较两组患儿治疗疼痛感和近期、远期疗效。结果观察组患儿治疗后2d,7d患牙的疼痛感较对照组患儿显著减轻,观察组患儿治疗后6个月、12个月成功率分别为97.00%、92.00%较对照组患儿的89.00%、82.00%显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗儿童有窦型慢性根尖周炎可显著降低患儿治疗后的疼痛感,提高临床治疗的成功率,值得进一步在临床上推广应用。Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of Vitapex paste a root canal treatment of children with chronic sinus periapical. Methods To select 200 cases of chronic sinus periapical were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 teeth. Vitapex paste a root canal treatment and root canal Vitapex traditional repeatedly paste filled with therapeutic agents. Results Observation group after treatment in children 2d,7d pain teeth than children in the control group was significantly reduced after the observation group of children treated for 6 months,12 months,the success rate was 97. 00%,respectively,92. 00% compared with the control group of children with 89. 00%,82. 00% significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Vitapex paste a root canal treatment of children with chronic sinus periapical can significantly reduce pain in children after treatment,improve the success rate of clinical treatment,it is worth further application in clinical practice.
