摘  要:以室内模拟试验为基础、剪切强度为评价指标,研究沥青混合料类型、乳化沥青洒布量、温度、乳化沥青种类等因素对沥青路面的黏结性能的影响。选用自制的SBS改性乳化沥青、普通乳化沥青为黏层材料,全厚度轮碾成型双层复合车辙板(上、下层各5cm)模拟实际路面层间结合情况;钻芯取试样,通过能够施加竖向荷载的层间力试验仪进行剪切试验模拟路面层间实际受剪切情况。结果表明:组合结构层间抗剪强度大小依次为AC-13>SMA-13>OGFC-13;3种路面组合结构层间抗剪强度均随着温度的升高而减小,但变化规律存在差异;SBS改性乳化沥青的黏结效果明显优于普通乳化沥青;3种组合结构均存在最佳乳化沥青洒布量使层间抗剪强度达到最大值,AC型路面结构层间最佳乳化沥青洒布量比骨架结构路面的小。The influence of asphalt mixture type,spray dosage of emulsified asphalt,temperature and emulsified asphalt on inter-layer adhesive property for asphalt pavement are analyzed by using simulation test and taking shear strength as evaluation index.SBS modified asphalt and common emulsified asphalt are selected.Double rutting plates are made and shearing tests on core samples to simulate the conditions of the real road surface,shearing tests by an inter-layer force tester which offer vertical load to simulate the real shear forces for pavement.The results show that inter-laminar shear strength of asphalt mixtures are different,AC-13〉SMA-13〉OGFC-13,the shear strengthen of three kinds of asphalt mixture will down with the temperature increase,but the variation of the asphalts are different,SBS modified emulsified asphalt is better than common emulsified asphalt,three kinds of asphalt mixture have its optimized spray dosage of emulsified asphalt,and the dosage of emulsified asphalt for AC pavement structure is lower than framework structure pavement.
