摘  要:高速公路各类桥梁所处的自然环境和地质条件较为复杂,其中桥台修建和运营过程中时常会出现一些病害现象;桥台结构裂损的产生及发展不仅直接影响到桥梁的安全承载性能,而且也与其他病害现象(如不均匀沉降、跳台等)相互促进,形成恶性循环发展,进而加快桥台整体破坏进程,影响高速公路的使用性能,严重时则危及通行安全。桥台地基注浆+正墙灌注裂缝胶+贴碳纤维布+钢板补强的加固处治方法与施工,对原桥台结构及其安全的扰动影响较小,安全储备性强;结合大西北JG高速公路某通道桥台的补强加固整治工程实践,详细地阐述了其结构病害及其产生的原因,对该通道桥台结构的安全性也做了有限元分析;对其桥台结构加固方法、手段措施等进行了多方案对比分析研究,并且提出了相应的具体工程措施。Different kinds of expressway bridges in the natural environment and the geological condition are complex,these abutment construction and operation process often appear some diseases.The emergence and development of its structure crack damage not only directly affects the safety of the bridge bearing capacity,but also co-act with other disease harm,such as uneven settlement,diving platform,etc.,and form a vicious circle,thus speeding up the integral abutment damage process.These diseases can affect the use of the expressway,and it is a serious threat to the traffic safety.The treatment and construction method of(bridge abutment grouting+perfusion crack adhesive for front wall+stick CFRP+steel plate reinforcement)has little effect on the disturbance to the abutment original structure and its safety strong.Combining with one channel abutment of the Northwest JG expressway reinforcement renovation engineering practice,this paper elaborates the causations of structure disease;by use of GeoFBA commercial software for finite element analysis,the problem of safety also is analyzed.The abutment structure reinforcement method which measures such as multi program comparison and analysis research is put forward.The corresponding engineering measures have achieved good effect.
