摘  要:当隧道穿越煤系地层时,如何准确快速有效地预测突出煤层危险性,是隧道实现安全揭煤的前提,也是提高工作效率、缓解工程工期压力的前提。基于某铁路隧道6号煤层进行突出危险性预测进行试验,采用测定煤层瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量及钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1值,进行预测分析煤层的突出危险性。通过多项预测指标测定结果进行相互验证,提高了预测指标的准确度和可靠性。同时通过理论和实践,瓦斯含量指标辅助钻屑瓦斯解吸指标可作为隧道揭煤突出危险性预测的指标,为隧道揭煤施工提供技术依据。When the tunnel crosses through the coal strata,how to accurately forecast the coal seam outburst danger quickly and effectively is not only the premise of ensure tunnel security uncovering coal,but also can improve the work efficiency and alleviate the pressure of time limit for a project.Based on a railway tunnel No.6coal seam,experiment has been conducted to predicate the outburst danger,the determination and the gas desorption index of drill cuttings of K1 value of coal seam gas content,gas pressure to predicate the gas outburst danger of coal seam,and through a number of measured indicators to verify the predication result,which has improved the accuracy and reliability of prediction index.At the same time,through the theory and the practice,gas content can be used as indicators of the main indexes of predicting coal tunnel exposing outburst hazard,and provide the technical basis for uncovering coal construction.
