摘　　要：目的 检测果糖-1,6-二磷酸酶（FBP1）在肝癌患者肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中的表达,探讨其对肝癌患者预后的影响.方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测90例肝癌患者肿瘤组织及对应的癌旁组织中FBP1表达.采用配对秩和检验比较肝癌组织与癌旁组织中FBP1的表达水平,应用x2检验分析FBP1表达与临床病理特征的关系.应用Kaplan-Meier法和Log-rank检验分析FBP1表达水平与患者生存期的关系.结果 肝癌组织中FBP1的表达水平明显低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义（Z =7.952,P＜0.01）,FBP1在＞3 cm的肝癌组织中表达显著低于≤3 cm的肝癌组织（P＜0.01）.美国肿瘤联合会（AJCC）分期中,Ⅲ～Ⅳ期肝癌组织FBP1表达水平低于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期（P＜0.01）,且FBP1低表达的肝癌患者平均生存期显著低于FBP1高表达组[15.29个月比50.17个月,95％可信区间（CI）：19.71 ～38.30,P＜0.05].结论 肝癌组织中FBP1表达水平显著下降,FBP1低表达患者预后较差,FBP1与肝癌预后相关,可作为判断肝癌患者预后的参考指标.Objective To examine the expression level of fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase （FBP1） in hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent tissues.Determine its effect on the prognosis of patients.Methods Tissues from 90 cases of heptocellular carcinoma were evaluated for the expression of FBP1 using immunohistochemistry.Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test was used to compare the expression level of FBP1 in tumor and adjacent tissues.The association of clinical parameters with expression level of FBP1 was evaluated using chi-square test.Kaplan-Meier test and Log-rank test were used to determine the association of the expression level of FBP1 with the overall survival of patient.Results FBP1 expression level in tumor tissues was significantly lower than in adjacent tissues （Z =7.952,P 〈 0.01）.Expression of FBP1 was much lower in heptocelluar carcinoma （HCC） tissues with the tumor size larger than 3 cm （P 〈 0.01）.According to americ an joint committee on cancer （AJCC） stage,FBP1 expression was lower in Ⅲ to Ⅳ stage （P 〈 0.01）.The average survival time of FBP1 low expression patients was much shorter than FBP1 high expression patients [15.29 month vs.50.17 month,95% confidence interval （CI）：19.71-38.30,P 〈 0.05].Conclusion FBP1 expression was significantly decreased in HCC.FBP1 low expression is associated with worse prognosis,implying that it can be used as an reference index for heptocellular carcinoma.
