摘　　要：神经调节蛋白1（NRG1）是一类重要的信号蛋白，隶属于表皮生长因子（EGF）家族，其在多种组织中表达，可作为配体结合并活化受体酪氨酸激酶家族（ErbBs）成员，介导细胞间多种信号转导。国内外多项研究表明，NRG1与肿瘤的多种病理过程相关。现对NRG1在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用及机制进行综述。Neuregnlin - 1 （ NRG1 ） is a kind of important signaling protein, belonging to the epidermal growth factor （EGF） family, and it can express in various tissues. Through ligand - binding and activation of receptor tyrosine kinase family （ErbBs） Member, they can induce signal transduction. Accumulating evidence have shown that it is closely associated with tumor pathological process. Thus, we intend to overview the role of NRG1 in the carcinogenesis and progression of malignant tumor.
