摘　　要：大力推进生态文明建设是中国特色社会主义现代化的重大战略。生态文明建设就是建设资源节约、环境友好、生态良好的社会,生态文明新时代就是建设生态美丽、生产美化、生活美好的新社会。我国建设生态文明,是要通过生态文明建设,走向社会主义生态文明新时代。"四个全面"战略布局为我们深入认识与加快推进生态文明建设提供了根本理论指导与全新思路。其中,建成生态小康和全面小康是我国建设生态文明的现实目标,引领绿色增长、绿色产业、绿色科技、绿色消费新常态是我国建设生态文明的根本途径。深化改革、完善法治、从严治党是我国建设生态文明的重要举措。To promote vigorously the ecological civilization construction is a major strategy of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. The ecological civilization construction is to construct the society of resource saving, environment friendly, ecological good. The new era of ecological civilization is to construct the society of ecological beauty, production beautifi- cation, good life. Building ecological civilization is to move toward the new era of ecological civilization though ecological civilization construction. Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy may provide theoretical guideline and new idea to deeply realize and accelerate ecological civilization construction. For the ecological civilization construction in our country, imple- menting ecological well-off and the comprehensive well-off is the realistic goal; leading the new normal of green develop- ment, green industry, green science and technology, and green consumption is the basic way; deepen reform, advance the law-based governance of china, and strengthen Party self-disaipline.
