摘　　要：目的探讨HER4在胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学法检测45例不同病理级别胶质瘤标本和10例正常脑组织标本中HER4的表达水平。结果 HER4阳性表达主要定位于细胞质,胶质瘤与正常脑组织相比存在HER4的高表达,两者差异有统计学意义(P=0.007);低恶性度组HER4的表达阳性率显著低于高恶性度组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论HER4在胶质瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,可作为胶质瘤恶性程度的评价指标。【Objective】To study the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 4（HER4） in gliomas and its signifi cance.【Methods】The expression level of HER4 in 45 cases of different pathological grade gliomas and 10 cases of normal brain tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. 【Results】The positive expression of HER4 was mainly localized in the cytoplasm. HER4 was highly expressed in gliomas compared with normal brain tissue, and the difference was obvious（P =0.007）; the positive rate of HER4 expression in low malignant group was signifi cantly lower than that in the high grade group（P =0.016）.【Conclusion】HER4 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gliomas, and it can be used as an evaluation index of the malignancy degree of gliomas.
