摘 要:对食品添加剂二氧化碳中SO_2和COS微量气体标准物质的制备方法进行了研究,对重量配制过程中原料气体和稀释气体进行了分析和定值,给出了纯度分析的实验结果和不确定度的评估结果。介绍了用日本岛津GC-2014气相色谱仪,火焰光度检测器(FPD)分析SO_2和COS气体标准物质的实验原理、方法和条件。用所建立的分析方法和条件对该气体标准物质色谱分析方法的精密度、方法的线性度进行了考察。文中还给出了该气体标准物质性能评价的计算方法以及各组分摩尔分数在(1.0~10.0)×10^(-6)范围内重量配制扩展不确定度的实验结果。In this paper,The SO2 and COS trace gas reference material in the food addition carbon dioxide were studied,while the purity of raw gas and the dilute gas in the gravimetric preparation process have been analyzed and the uncertainty of the results have been also evaluated. This article described the experimental principle,method and condition of SO2 and COS gas reference materials as food additives analyzed by GC-2014 gas chromatograph with Flame photometric detector( FPD) made by Japan Shimadzu Corporation. Through the optimization experiment of SO2 and COS gas reference materials,the precision and linearity of this method were determined. When the mole fraction of SO2 and COS is in the range of( 1 ~ 10) × 10^(- 6),calculation method and experimental results of performance evaluation for these gas reference materials were also clarified in this paper.
