摘 要:目的探讨检验静息态下抑郁症在Alpha频段的前额不对称性以及不对称性与抑郁症程度的关系。方法将32例抑郁症患者(抑郁症组)分为抑郁症重度组和抑郁症轻度组各16例,并选取正常对照(对照组)16名,对三组被试的Alpha频段Fp2-Fp1、F4-F3、F3-Fp1、F4-Fp2分数进行方差分析和分类实验,对抑郁症组的脑电分数与量表评分进行相关分析。结果 Alpha频段的F4-F3和F3-Fp1评分抑郁症组低于对照组(P<0.01),在抑郁症重度组与轻度组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抑郁症重度组和抑郁症轻度组脑电评分与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)、抑郁症状快速自评量表(QIDS-SR)评分均无相关性(P>0.05),对抑郁症组和对照组进行分类时,以F3-Fp1分数为特征的正确率(81.25%)高于以BDI分数为特征的正确率(79.17%)。结论 Alpha频段的前额不对称性可以对抑郁症患者和正常人有效区分,并表现出与抑郁症状态无关的特性;在大脑左侧,相对于前额前侧,前额背侧的活动降低可能成为抑郁症的潜在生物标记。Objective To explore the prefrontal asymmetry of the resting-state EEG alpha band in patients with major depressive disorder( MDD),and its relationship with depression state. Methods 32 MDD patients( MDD group,consisted of16 severe MDD patients and 16 mild MDD patients) and 16 healthy controls were involved in this study. With the methods of ANOVA and classification test,we investigated the differences of the resting-state EEG scores of Fp2-Fp1,F4-F3,F3-Fp1 and F4-Fp2 in alpha band in the three groups,as well as the correlation of EEG signals with depression state in MDD patients.Results Scores of F4-F3 and F3-Fp1 of alpha band were significantly lower in MDD group than those in control group( P〈 0. 01),while no significant differences were found between severe MDD subgroup and mild MDD subgroup( P 〉0. 05). EEG scores showed no significant correlation with scores of HAMD-17,BDI,QIDS-SR in severe MDD subgroup and mild MDD subgroup( P 〉0. 05). In classification test between MDD group and healthy controls,F3-Fp1 score in alpha band had higher classification accuracy than BDI score( 81. 25% vs. 79. 17%). Conclusion The prefrontal asymmetry in alpha band of resting-state EEG might be a trait-dependent feature for depression. Besides,in the left hemisphere,the decreased activity in posterior prefrontal lobe compared with front prefrontal lobe might be another potential biomarker of MDD.
