抽动障碍患儿的家庭环境与系统家庭动力学特征

摘　　要：目的探讨抽动障碍患儿的家庭环境与系统家庭动力学特征。方法收集49例抽动障碍患儿(研究组)及49名正常儿童(对照组),采用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)、系统家庭动力学量表(SSFD)和自制一般情况调查表进行评估。结果研究组SSFD家庭气氛维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),FES-CV的矛盾性因子分高于对照组(P<0.05),FES-CV的亲密度、知识性、娱乐性因子分低于对照组(P<0.05)。SSFD中各维度评分均与FES-CV的矛盾性因子分呈正相关(P<0.05),与亲密度、知识性、娱乐性因子分呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,SSFD的家庭氛围因子分的主要影响因素为FES-CV的亲密度、矛盾性因子分(P<0.05),SSFD的独特性因子分的主要影响因素为FES-CV的亲密度因子分(P<0.05)。结论抽动障碍患儿的家庭环境与家庭系统动力学特征较差,两者存在一定相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between family environment and family dynamics in children with tic disorder. Methods A total of 49 children with tic disorder in study group and 49 healthy children in control group were selected and assessed with Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version（ FES-CV）,Self-rating Scale of Systemic Family Dynamics（ SSFD）and self-designed questionnaire. Results The family atmosphere factor score of SSFD and incompatibility factor score of FES-CV in study group were all significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The intimacy,infotainment and entertainment factor scores of FES-CV in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The all factor scores of SSFD were positively related to the incompatibility factor score of FES-CV（ P〈0. 05）,and negatively related to the intimacy,infotainment and entertainment factor scores of FES-CV（ P〈0. 05）. The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of the family atmosphere factor score of SSFD included the intimacy and incompatibility factor scores of FES-CV（ P〈0. 05）,and the main influencing factors of the specificity factor score of SSFD included the intimacy factor score of FES-CV（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Family environment and family dynamics in children with tic disorder are bad and they are correlated with each other.
