情志顺势心理治疗对妊娠期精神分裂症患者家属心理健康的干预研究

摘　　要：目的探讨情志顺势心理治疗对妊娠期精神分裂症患者家属心理状态的干预效果。方法选取94名妊娠期精神分裂症患者的家属,随机分为研究组(46名)给予常规宣教合并情志顺势心理治疗干预和对照组(48名)给予单纯常规宣教。干预前及干预后第2、4周末采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自制患者家属心理状态调查量表进行评定。结果两组干预前SCL-90各因子分均高于国内常模(P<0.05);干预后研究组SCL-90各因子分均低于干预前(P<0.05),对照组SCL-90躯体化因子评分低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后研究组除恐怖因子外其他各因子分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后第2周末研究组除精神症状导致流产和焦虑恐惧因子外其他各因子阳性心理状态者所占比例低于对照组(P<0.01),干预后第4周末除希望得到帮助因子外,其他各因子阳性心理状态者所占比例均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论情志顺势心理治疗能显著改善妊娠期精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康状况。Objective To explore the effect of emotional homeopathic psychotherapy to improve the mental heath status for the families of schizophrenic patients with pregnancy. Methods A total of 94 families of schizophrenic patients with pregnancy were randomly divided into study group（ n = 46） with emotional homeopathic psychotherapy and control group（ n = 48） without emotional homeopathic psychotherapy for intervention of 4 weeks. They were all assessed with Symptom Checklist 90（ SCL-90）and self-made psychological questionnaire before and at the 2nd,4^th weekend of intervention. Results Before intervention,the scores of SCL-90 in two groups were all significantly higher than those in the national norm（ P〈0. 05）. At the 4^th weekend of intervention,all factor scores of SCL-90 in study group were significantly lower than those before intervention（ P〈0. 05）,and the factor score of somatization in control group was significantly lower than that before intervention（ P〈0. 05）. At the 4^th weekend of intervention,all factor scores（ except factor of phobia） in SCL-90 in study group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. At the 2ndweekend of intervention,proportions of positive state in all factor scores（ expect factor of abortion caused by psychiatric symptoms and anxiety phobia） in self-made psychological questionnaire in study group were significantly lower than those in control group and at the 4^th weekend of intervention,proportions of positive state in all factor scores（ except wanted to be helped） in self-made psychological questionnaire in study group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion It＇s effective for emotional homeopathic psychotherapy to improve the mental heath status for the families of schizophrenic patients with pregnancy.
