摘  要:现代物流仓储不断依托于自动化立体仓库的存储,如何利用有限的空间和成本提高自动化立体仓库的存储能力已成为仓储部门面临的重要难题。针对面向同一货架的并行堆垛机的处理能力建立了数学模型,考虑堆垛机运行原则以及复合循环作业调度等约束,通过数字验证得出并行堆垛机的出入库处理效率理论上优于普通单台堆垛机,并证明并行堆垛机的提出能够提高库存周转率,提出了并行堆垛机的进一步发展思路。Modern logistics warehousing on automated storage system, how to use limited space and higher costs of automation storage capacity has become the important problem of the storage department. On the same shelf oriented parallel stacking machine processing capacity has established the mathematical model, considering stacker operating principle as well as job scheduling and composite cycle constraints, educed through digital parallel loading and unloading processing efficiency of stacker is superior to the ordinary single stacker in theory, and proved that the parallel stacking machine is put forward to improve inventory turns, put forward the further development of parallel stacker.
