摘　　要：薯蓣丸出自《金匮要略》,是沿用至今的金匮名方之一。是方主治虚劳病,虚劳病病程较长、缓慢、渐进,终至气血阴阳俱虚,且虚实夹杂,病机复杂,缠绵难愈。仲景以薯蓣丸治疗虚劳病,以薯蓣(即山药)为名又重用薯蓣,提示了虚劳病的用药思路,及山药在虚劳病用药中的重要地位。山药是肺脾肾同补,阴阳同调,气血并补的补虚要药。其在培补中焦,补肾强阴,平补气血阴阳方面发挥着重要作用。而山药又以味甘性平无毒的优势,成为补益药中的上乘之选,缓补要药。研究经方不仅要研究它的功效主证,其配伍及用药特点更应是研究的重要内容,以期为后人拓宽临床用药思路。Shuyu Pill is come from Synopsis of Golden Chamber. The prescription mainly treats weak disease. The course of disease is long,slow and gradual,eventually to deficiency of yin,yang,qi and blood. The clinical manifestations and pathogenesis are complicated. ZHANG Zhongjing applied this formula to treat weak disease,named after Shuyu and widely used it,to widen the clinical treatment thinking of weak disease,and summarize the characteristic of Shanyao＇s clinical application. Shanyao is used as an important herb of tonify deficiency,tonifying the lung,spleen and kidney,rectifying the imbalance between yin and yang,reinforcing qi and replenishing blood. It plays a large part in harmonizing the middle,tonifying the kidney,replenishing qi,blood,yin and yang. Shanyao with sweet natured non- toxic advantages has become the best choice in Chinese herb medicine. Study on prescription not only to study the effect and indications,its prescription and medication characteristics are an important content of the research,in order to broaden the clinical medication ideas for future generations.
