摘  要:为了研究甘草霜对肉仔鸡生长性能、脏器指数及抗氧化能力的影响,选取90只1日龄的AA+健康肉仔鸡,肉鸡前7d为预试期,肉鸡自由饮水、采食,从第8d开始,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸡,3组分别饮用浓度为0、50mg/1和100mg/l甘草霜的水溶液,饲养32d。研究结果表明:添加甘草霜对8~39日龄肉仔鸡的生长性能无显著影响(P〉0.05);添加50mg/l甘草霜组的肉鸡肝脏指数显著高于0、100mgO组fP〈0.05);试验组的肺脏和肾脏指数都高于对照组,但差异不明显(P〉0.05),试验组与对照组的脾脏指数差异不明显;适量添加甘草霜可明显提高肉仔鸡血清中抗氧化能力,50m鲫组的抗氧化能力显著高于0mg/1和100mg/l组(P〈0.05)。This study was designed to investigate the effects of licorice spray on growth performance and antioxidant capacity in Arbor Acres Plus (AA+) broilers. The experiment selected 90 1-day-old AA+ broilers. 7 days after the pre-breeding, the AA+ broilers were randomly divided into three groups, with 3 replications per group and 10 broilers per replication. And they were given the same basic di- et, free access to water. The drinking water was added 0, 50, 100 mg/1 of licorice spray. Whole experiment lasted for 32 d. The results showed that the growth performance of 8-39-day-old broilers has no significant effect between groups(P〉0.05) when licorice spray was added. The broiler liver index in 50 mg/l group was significantly higher than 0 mg/l and 100 mg/l group(P〈0.05); lung and kidney in- dex in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, but had no significant difference (P〉0.05). Serum antioxidant capacity in broiler of 50 mg/l group was significantly higher than 0 mg/l and 100 mg/l group(P〈0.05). It was concluded that adding licorice spray in the drinking water may have a significant role in promoting some organs, and the addition can increase serum antioxidant enzyme activity, but had no significant effect on the growth performance of broiler chickens.
