小儿留置针单手置管操作法在儿科输液中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿留置针单手置管操作法在儿科输液治疗中的应用效果。方法选择120例接受输液的患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用双人合作的传统方法操作,观察组采用单手静脉置管法进行穿刺输液;两组分别对患儿家长满意度、穿刺成功率进行比较。结果在儿科临床静脉输液应用中,结果显示在家长满意度、一次穿刺成功率、留置应用时间等方面观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单手静脉留置针置管法在儿科静脉输液中的应用较传统双人配合穿刺置管方法、具有家长满意度高,一次穿刺成功率高,并且能明显减轻患儿痛苦,节约人力及留置针材料等优势,值得临床推广应用。objective： To investigate the treatment effect in pediatric transfusion of pediatric catheter indwelling needle by one hand operation application. Methods： Choose 120 patients who underwent transfusion children each 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group adopts double cooperation operations,the traditional way of observing group with one hand vein puncture infusion catheter method; Two groups of parents satisfaction,puncture success rate. Results： In pediatric clinical application of intravenous fluids,the results showed the parents satisfaction,a success rate of puncture,lien applied time observation group is better than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： single hand vein indwelling needle insertion method application in pediatric intravenous fluids than traditional double match method,the tube has high parents satisfaction,a high success rate of puncture,children and can significantly reduce the pain,saving manpower and advantages of the needle materials,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
