摘  要:考察了硅酸凝胶体系在不同活化剂浓度下对胶凝时间和凝胶强度的影响,确定了凝胶体系最佳硅酸钠浓度及体系p H、温度、矿化度对硅酸钠凝胶性能的影响。由黄原胶、羧甲基化杂聚糖(SG)、海藻酸钠、玉米淀粉分别与硅酸钠及活化剂复配制备4种硅酸/聚糖复合凝胶堵剂,考察了几种聚糖浓度对凝胶强度的影响,并评价硅酸/聚糖复合凝胶的抗盐性。结果表明,聚糖浓度对硅酸/聚糖复合凝胶的凝胶强度影响较大,其中黄原胶浓度为3 000 mg/L时,具有较好的凝胶增强效果,增幅达1.5倍,聚糖类复合硅酸凝胶具有一定的抗盐性。The effects of silicate gel system on gelation time and gel strength at different activator concentrations were studied,and the optimum sodium silicate concentration of silicate gel system as well as the effects of p H value,temperature,and the salinity of silicate gel system on the properties of sodium silicate gel were identified. Four silicate/polysaccharide complex gel water shutoff agents were prepared by compounding xanthan gum,carboxymethyl polysaccharide( SG),sodium alginate and maize starch of different concentrations with sodium silicate respectively,adding an activator of certain volume to the four mixtures respectively,and then allowing them standing for a certain time period for gelling,the effect of polysaccharide concentration on gel strength was studied,and the salt tolerant properties of the silicate/polysaccharide complex gels were evaluated. The results of study have shown that polysaccharide concentration has significant effect on gel strength,xanthan gum has good effect of improving gelling with the gelling improving effect increased by 1. 5 times when its concentration is 3 000 mg/L,and the polysaccharide complex gel is salt tolerant to a certain degree.
